I believe that a strong, authentic therapist-client relationship is the foundation of meaningful therapy. I understand that it may take time to build openness and a genuine connection. I respect this process, and want you to feel comfortable and ready to open up at your own pace. There is no rush. For me, it's truly an honor to be the person you choose to trust with your most important thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

In 2008, I graduated with a master's degree in clinical and counseling psychology from Chestnut Hill College, and subsequently earned my LPC. From 2008 to 2015, I worked across a range of mental health settings and levels of care, building experience in DBT and other skill-based therapies, addiction and recovery, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness. In 2015, I opened a private practice in Marlton. In 2020, I transitioned to telehealth in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and ultimately chose to remain fully virtual. I’ve found that this allows me to work with individuals throughout New Jersey with greater flexibility and accessibility.
In 2026, I completed an assessment program through MindfulU Institute, becoming a Certified Neurodiversity Affirming Practitioner (C-NDAAP). I was drawn to assessment with the belief that identifying and understanding someone's neurotype is much more complex than interpreting a set of scores. I’ve seen how easily individuals—particularly those who mask—can be misunderstood or misdiagnosed when the full picture isn’t considered. My approach emphasizes collaboration, thoughtful conversation, and a genuine effort to understand each person beyond what shows up on paper.

As a later-diagnosed autistic and ADHD (AuADHD) therapist and mother to an AuADHD daughter, I bring a personal understanding to this work. I focus on working with high-masking individuals, whose experiences and presentations often differ from common stereotypes. This often leads to feeling unseen, misunderstood, or even being misdiagnosed.

Supporting the LGBTQ+ community as a committed ally is not just part of my work—it’s a core value. I have over a decade of experience working with individuals across the gender spectrum who are questioning, exploring, transitioning, or simply seeking a place to be their authentic selves. Additionally, I have experience writing letters of support for gender-affirming surgeries.

I love spending time with my husband and daughter. I have a Labradoodle puppy-- his name is Fozzie because he's basically a Muppet. My hobbies and interests include music, weaving, embroidery, houseplants, and animal facts.
