Assessment Options
There are three options available to support different needs and levels of evaluation. If you’re unsure which option is right for you, scheduling a consultation can help guide your decision.
Formal/Comprehensive Assessment

This type of assessment will evaluate for a range of conditions to clarify diagnoses (if applicable) and rule out alternative explanations.

15-minute consultation call

60-90 minute clinical interview

Collateral interview (if determined to helpful, and with client consent)

Testing, both face-to-face and rating scales to complete at home.

A comprehensive report will be provided, with recommendations tailored to your specific needs to help guide support and next steps.

A 60-minute feedback session will be provided to review and process results, discuss any diagnoses (if applicable), and answer questions while going over recommendations.
Focused/Abbreviated Assessment*

A focused/abbreviated assessment concentrates on the primary concern you present (e.g., ADHD), without evaluating for a broad range of other conditions.

15-minute consultation call

60-90 minute clinical interview

Collateral interview (if determined to helpful, and with client consent)

Testing, both face-to-face and rating scales to complete at home.

A brief summary letter outlining key findings, and clinical impressions related to the referral concern, rather than a comprehensive report.

A 60-minute feedback session will be provided to review and process results, discuss any diagnoses (if applicable), and answer questions while going over recommendations.

*Options to expand or upgrade the assessment are available if further evaluation is desired before the report writing phase has begun.
Focused Consultation**

A focused consultation to review existing reports, discuss specific concerns (e.g., sensory preferences), and provide guidance on next steps. This service is designed for targeted guidance and problem-solving, rather than formal evaluation.

15-minute consultation call

A 60-minute session focused on your specific concerns, including review of relevant information, practical strategies, and clear guidance on next steps.
Recommendations are based on information shared during the consultation and are not a substitute for a comprehensive assessment.

*Does not include: formal assessment, diagnosis, standardized testing, or a comprehensive written report.

**Options to expand or upgrade to an assessment are available if further evaluation is desired.
